Scope

This policy covers e31.network, the E31 Network technical preview site operated by Element 31. Our other websites, e31.io and e31.ai, carry their own policy and behave the same way.

What this site collects

This website currently provides no contact form and accepts no submissions, so nothing you type is collected — there is nowhere to type it. The only measurement is aggregate: we count page views to understand which pages are useful. This measurement does not set cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you to other sites — which is why you are not asked to dismiss a banner.

What this site does not do

• No forms, and no collection of names, email addresses, or messages.
• No advertising or marketing trackers, and no social media pixels.
• No cookies set for tracking, and no cross-site identity resolution.
• No third-party font or script CDNs. Fonts are served from this domain, so loading a page does not disclose your visit to another company.
• No chat widget and no session recording.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on infrastructure that keeps standard operational logs, which can include IP addresses and request metadata. These logs exist to keep the site available and secure.
